ESD 3 Layer Matting

               ESD 3 Layer Matting

               Description
ESD mats are designed to drain static charges from items placed on it's surface. They also protect the surface of the ESD sensitive
devices from wear-and-tear. Made from durable materials, the ESD safe mats are designed to be long-lasting whilst maintaining their
antistatic properties. For a mat to effectively ground an item, the item must be either conductive or static-dissipative, as the insulative
items will not allow charge to drain to ground, for example most of the plastics.

               Features
Made from anti-static(conductive) and static-dissipative materials with synthetic rubber
               3mm thick, 3 layer structure
Surface layer is a 1.0mm thick static-dissipative layer(please refer to the picture below)
Middle layer is a 1.0mm thick black conductive layer(please refer to the below picture)
Bottom layer is a 1.0mm thick static-dissipative layer(please refer to the below picture)
Standard colors: Grey and Blue, other colors can be customized based on MOQ.

               Notes
Contacting the Matting surface with the Acid and Alkali solvent is strictly prohibited, (such as Benzene, Alcohol etc). That might result in
the Matting antistatic performance wearing away. If cleaning is needed, available cloth coated with a neutral solution (such as water,
etc.) can wipe; The intact packing Matting should be careful away from water, it might lead to discoloration.

               Shelf Life
One year. (During the first year, if the anti-static performance indicators do not meet the 2nd technical data mentioned above, we will be
fully responsible for the unconditional return or exchange goods. But due to natural aging of rubber or not obeying the third point
mentioned above, but by man-made improper use, causes the appearance of color discoloration, zoned injury, such as resistance
increased, durability, are not under our guarantees).
